Return Policy

This Return Policy governs US Engine Production acceptance of returns. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we've designed our return policy to be fair and straightforward.

With Proof of Purchase

Return or exchange any item with original purchase receipt within 10 days. To qualify as NEW, the item must be:

  • In original condition and packaging
  • Unopened and uninstalled
  • Include all original materials supplied with the item

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at 631-991-7700
  2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
  4. Credit will be issued to the same card used for purchase

Important Conditions

Returns that do not meet these criteria will be denied. Items returned for warranty may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion. Credit will be issued to the same card used for purchase; card must be present at time of return. Third party or outsourced merchandise, including certain Special Order items, Commercial Tools and equipment are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

US Engine Production reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any time, for any reason.

Core Return Policy

We offer a flexible core return policy to make your engine replacement as convenient as possible. Returning your old engine core helps us continue providing quality remanufactured engines at competitive prices.
