How to File a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue with your engine, follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim.

Have your invoice number, engine serial number, and a description of the problem ready. We may ask for photos or diagnostic codes.
Get Authorization
Our team will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the claim is approved.
Repair or Replace
Depending on the situation, we'll authorize repairs at a local facility or arrange for engine replacement.
Warranty Requirements
To maintain warranty coverage, please ensure the following:

- Use of proper fluids (oil, coolant, fuel) meeting OEM specifications

- Proper break-in procedure for the first 500 miles

What if I'm outside the 1-year warranty period?

Do I need to use a specific repair shop?
No, you can use any qualified diesel repair facility. However, you must contact us for authorization before any warranty work begins. Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.
What documentation do I need for a warranty claim?
You'll need your original invoice, the engine serial number, vehicle information, and documentation of the problem (diagnostic codes, photos, mechanic's assessment). Maintenance records may also be requested.
Does the warranty cover installation costs?
The initial installation is not covered by warranty. However, if warranty repairs are needed after proper installation, labor costs for those repairs are covered.
