Our Story
US Engine Production has been a trusted provider of high-quality remanufactured engines at competitive prices for over 45 years. Our multiple production facilities, along with corporate operations in New York, allow USEP to produce over 7,000 diesel and gasoline engines annually in all makes and sizes for shipping to customers around the world.
We maintain a constant inventory of approximately 1,200 units, which allows many engines to have an average lead-time of 3 to 5 business days. All engines are SIM tested prior to shipping on the same computerized equipment used by all the major OEM manufacturers.
We offer a flexible core return policy that allows up to 30 days to return your core. Many units require no up-front core fee upon order. We also offer parts such as pumps, injectors, oil coolers, and turbochargers.

Our Manufacturing Process
Every engine undergoes our rigorous remanufacturing process to ensure it meets or exceeds original equipment specifications.
Engine Blocks
All engine blocks are degreased, cleaned in special industrial washers, and Magna-Fluxed to check for cracks. Every cylinder is bored to within .004 of the finished size using a diamond hone to ensure bore geometry is held within 200 millionths of an inch.
Cylinder Heads
Heads are totally disassembled, washed, and Magna-Fluxed to check for cracks. After machining to ensure flatness, valve seats are cut on state-of-the-art equipment, forming all three angles at once for correct seat width and connectivity.
Crank/Cam Shafts
Crankshafts and Camshafts are reground to factory tolerances and micro-polished to exceed the original finish, ensuring proper bearing lubrication. Camshaft lobes are Parkerized to protect surfaces from corrosion and wear.
Connecting Rods
Every rod goes through a rigorous restoration process: chemically cleaned, 100% re-manufactured with bores machined to original tolerances, checked for bend and twist, and all bushings 100% replaced.
Engine Assembly
Each engine is assembled in a clean, controlled environment under the supervision of our highly trained Quality Control department with constant supervision, testing, and cross-department auditing.
Testing & Inspection
Following assembly, each engine undergoes a vigorous load-bearing run on the DYNO/SIM TEST Machine for over one hour, then receives final inspection and approval from our lead technician.

To guarantee the satisfaction of our clients, we provide a One Year Unlimited Mileage parts and/or replacement only warranty on all of our engines.
